Songs in my head......can't get them out

So, last night was choir practice at my church, New Covenant in Humble and it was awesome. One of the new worship songs that we learned is called "We thirst for you".....a very simple but POWERFUL song........here are the words:

We thirst for you
We search for you
In this dry and barren land
we're longing for your hand
to guide us to, a place where you
can cleanse us with your rain
baptize us once again
we thirst for you

beautiful song......we then follow it with

Pray for rain
when your heart is dry and thirsty
pray for rain
when your life is void and empty
pray for rain
when you don't know what to pray
pray for rain

I think both songs are by David and Nicole Binion - great anointed worship leaders......I know they sing them - just not sure if they wrote them.......we thirst for you is the last song on my music if you want to hear it -it's not the Binion's singing it- but it still is powerful.......

These songs keep playing over and over in my head - causing me to be in a state of worship all morning. What a great feeling.

My husband gave me valentine flowers last night - so sweet! He is so thoughtful....yes, I know they were early - but he didn't want to "fight the masses" on Saturday......that's ok with me. He went out and bought these himself- means alot to me. Jake got to "deliver" them to me - it was precious......he, (Jake of course) will be on a sugar high tomorrow as I bought him lots of chocolate - his favorite! I have to place on the top shelf because he will "help" him self to however much he wants and I"ll figure it out as he is bouncing off the walls!!!!! LOL My sister, Paulette, is the cause of this great addiction........she LOVES, LOVES, LOVES chocolate and she gave the first piece to Jake when he was 3.....now, he LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it......

tomorrow - my husband is grilling for dinner - he wants to cook for me.....love that!

hope that however you spend your day - whether your married or single - that you find someone to show your love to..........it can be a good friend, a sister, mother, brother, husband......whoever -just give your love away.

be blessed.
